Projects International designs and builds specialist methodology tools to create a custom project or research information system for industry research. Projects International may use a variety of software tools to do this. Web tools, Database software, proprietary systems are all used extensively to provide the right tool for the job.

Projects International methods of stakeholder engagement are both qualitative and quantitative.  We extensively use the following tools in our research briefs:

  • Online Surveys
  • Executive Surveys
  • Focus Groups
  • Stakeholder & Back to Back Research Panels
  • Market Analysis
  • Group Facilitation
  • Decision Scoping & Clarification
  • Competitive Intelligence

Projects International specialises in tertiary education and training sector skill measurement, conjoint analysis and job role research, phone or online surveys, focus groups, quantitative market surveys, or specific vocational sector studies. Research

Projects International understands these tools well. Projects International knows when and where to apply them to meet the decision-making needs of the organisations that consult them. Projects International is very wary of the viewpoint; "When your only tool is a hammer, every problem begins to look like a nail!" This is not the Projects International way and our hammer has many heads. Innovation and adaptation are essential to finding new ways to meet complex problems. Projects International’s experience has shown that very seldom are two problems the same in education and training.

Providing effective decision-making clarification, focus, and knowing what to include and what to leave out is critical in determining effective solutions.

Projects International has completed a number of research intiatives for industry training organiations that have contributed to:

• Understanding developments in the national labour market
• Understanding the characteristics of the industry workforce
• Establishing the training needs of employers and employees
• Identifying skill gaps, anticipating future skill needs and planning strategies to address these needs
• Evaluating the organisation's performance and the value of the organisations programmes for employers and employees
